At Buy Pure Edge, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains our returns, cancellations, and refund procedures.

Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

• Products are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging.

• Products are unused and in resalable condition.

• Products are not expired or near expiration.

• You provide your original order number.

We Cannot Accept Returns If:

• Products have been opened, used, or tampered with due to health and safety reasons.

• Original packaging or seals have been broken.

• The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.

• Products are marked as Final Sale.

• Products are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

How to Return a Product

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Do not ship any products back without receiving an RA number from us.

3. Ship the Product Back

• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

• Include all original components and materials, where applicable.

• Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

• Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped the wrong item.

4. Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

• Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Amounts

Full Refund:
The original purchase price of the eligible product, excluding original shipping costs.

Partial Refund:
A partial refund may be issued if the returned product is eligible for return but is not received in perfect resalable condition.

No Refund:
No refund will be issued for products that do not meet the return eligibility requirements or are returned without authorization.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except when:

• We shipped the wrong product.

• The product arrived defective or damaged.

• The error was caused by Buy Pure Edge.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated above.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. Buy Pure Edge is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product and its packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer either:

• A full refund, or

• A replacement product, subject to availability.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label.

The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

If you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, and the order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

After Shipment

Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

You may refuse delivery where available, or contact us for return instructions. If the package is returned to us, the refund will be processed after the returned package is received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refunds and returns are subject to the eligibility requirements described in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund when a product does not meet these requirements.
