  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–13 business days from order placement

Tracking Information

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Buy Pure Edge is generally not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package is missing:

  • Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to report the missing package.

  • Contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation when possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Damaged Packages
